Before you start, the honest version. Verification here means we confirm your business exists and your details match the official register for your profession. It is identity verification only and never an endorsement of your work — your card will say so in those words. Listings are paid placements and every card discloses it. The company number for your country.

Include the named individual it belongs to, if it is a personal registration. Leave blank if your activity is not separately regulated.

3. What goes on your card

It must be live and its identity must match the business name. That is part of the check.

Enquiries go straight to you. We never collect, forward or see them.

What happens after you send it

  1. We reply to every application, including the ones we decline. Usually within a few working days.
  2. We run the check against the register named above and record the result with the date and the source URL.
  3. One of three outcomes. Confirmed — found, and the details match. Partial — some items confirmed, others not; we tell you which, and a partial result is disclosed on the listing. Unconfirmed — we could not find you or the details did not match, and there is no listing.
  4. You approve the wording before anything goes live.
  5. You pay after that, not before. There is no charge for applying and no charge if we decline.

Why we might decline

A decline is not a judgement on your business. Most often it just means the register does not show what we need it to show.
