What you are buying, stated plainly. A verified listing is identity verification only — we confirm your business exists and your details match the official public register. It is not an endorsement of your work, and your card says so.
We cannot promise you enquiries, and we do not publish figures suggesting otherwise. If that is what you are looking for, this is the wrong directory.
Community and faith listings cost nothing, permanently. Churches, congregations, language exchanges, sports clubs and community associations are never charged and never will be. We will decline payment if it is offered. See the community page.
Invoiced annually by bank transfer. No card is stored, there is no auto-renewal, and no payment processor sits between us. If your registration lapses or no longer verifies at renewal, the listing comes down rather than being renewed.
Removal on request is refunded pro-rata for the unexpired period.
